How long will my order take to get to me?

Orders usually take 1-3 working days, once we have despatched your order. Rural deliveries will take longer.

Where is my tracking number?

Please allow at least 24 hours for us to process and dispatch your order (except weekends and public holidays) once we have received your payment.
Each product is carefully picked and packed by hand. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped and provide your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time is typically 1-3 working days. Rural Deliveries will take a little longer. Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer dispatch or delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Brand/Product Launches) or due to other CourierPost delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control.

How do I track my order? My Tracking number doesn't work?

We aim to ship out your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment (except weekends and public holidays and sale/promo periods). After we send your order, we email you a notification saying your order has been dispatched.

Look for the "Click here" link in that email. Once clicked you will be taken to the Courier Post website where the tracking will automatically show up. Here you will see where your package is.

Most orders arrive within 1-3 working days. If you have not received our tracking email please first check your junk mail folder.

Be sure that you are checking the same email address that you made the order with. If you still haven't received the tracking email, please contact us.


Can you send to my P.O. Box?

Yes we can send to P.O. Boxes no problem.


I don't live in New Zealand, can you ship to me?

Sorry, we only ship within New Zealand.

I forgot my account password?

To retrieve your account password simply go to our Login page. From there you enter your email address in the Password Reminder box to receive an email to get you back up and running.


Who is Makeup.co.nz?

Makeup.co.nz is run by Makeup New Zealand Ltd, a privately owned New Zealand company. We are 100% online and do not operate retail stores. Our expertise is in fast shipping of online orders. Orders placed (and paid for) before 8.30am weekdays are dispatched that day.

We work hard to build authorised supply relationships with local and international cosmetic brands. We do not parallel import or sell grey market products. All stock is fresh, and we do not sell end of line stock.

Do you have a store?

No we do not have a physical store, we are a 100% online website.


Are your products authentic?

Yes, we are the authorised retailers for all brands we sell on Makeup.co.nz. Many of our brands are located in the USA, so we import from the brand headquarters. We always source stock locally, if there is a local distributor.
