We work with CourierPost to deliver orders to all our awesome customers. All orders receive a tracking number by email, so you can track your goodies on their way to you.
Orders that are placed using PayPal as payment method before 11.30am weekdays get dispatched that day (except weekends and public holidays).
We do accept online bank payments however these will result in your order being sent out the next working day after you make the payment.
(Please note our shipping cut off was previously 3pm however this changed to 11.30am in December 2018. We Apologise for any inconvenience.)
Each product is carefully picked and packed by hand. Estimated Delivery Time is typically 1-3 working days. Rural Deliveries will take a little longer.
Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order.
We always ship out your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment (except weekends and public holidays).
We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped and provide your tracking number.
All stock is located in our Auckland warehouse. All orders are bubble wrapped for protection.
Yes we can send to P.O. Boxes no problem.
No sorry, we only ship within New Zealand.
We usually send out tracking numbers usually by 6pm, on the day we send your order out.
After we send your order, we email you a notification saying your order has been despatched.
Look for the "Click here" link in that email. Once clicked you will be taken to the Courier Post website where the tracking will automatically show up. Here you will see where your package is.
Most orders arrive within 1-2 working days. If you have not received our tracking email please first check your junk mail folder.
Be sure that you are checking the same email address that you made the order with. If you still haven't received the tracking email, please contact us.
Please note tracking numbers will not work on the Courier Post website until the courier has picked up your package.
If we have emailed your tracking number during the day (i.e. 1pm) please wait until 6pm to check your tracking.
If your tracking number does not seem to work after 6pm, please contact us.
