$5.95 per order or FREE Shipping for orders $60 and over.

$8.95 per RURAL order or FREE Shipping for orders $60 and over.

We work with CourierPost to deliver orders to all our awesome customers. All orders receive a tracking number by email, so you can track your goodies on their way to you.

Your Order Details & Information

You agree that Makeup New Zealand Ltd (Makeup.co.nz) is not responsible for products sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
Risk in the product of an online purchase passes to you upon delivery of the products to the address you specified in the order.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Orders placed (and paid for) before 5pm Mon-Thurs are shipped the next morning. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped and provide your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time is typically 1-3 working days. Rural Deliveries will take a little longer. Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer dispatch or delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Brand/Product Launches) or due to other CourierPost delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control.

Can you send to my P.O. Box?

Yes we can send to P.O. Boxes no problem.

I don't live in New Zealand, can you ship to me?

No sorry, we only ship within New Zealand.

Where is my tracking number?

We usually send out tracking numbers usually by 6pm, on the day we send your order out.

How do I track my order?

After we send your order, we email you a notification saying your order has been despatched.

Look for the "Click here" link in that email. Once clicked you will be taken to the CourierPost website where the tracking will automatically show up. Here you will see where your package is.

Most orders arrive within 1-3 working days. If you have not received our tracking email please first check your junk mail folder.

Be sure that you are checking the same email address that you made the order with. If you still haven't received the tracking email, please contact us.
